Since 2015, the promoters of Innova Investments have worked together as a cohesive team and have invested directly in the transactions they promote, ensuring full alignment of interests with entrepreneurs and investors.

Innova supports companies throughout the entire investment journey — from origination to exit — providing capital, industrial expertise, operational discipline and governance capabilities.

The team’s experience in private equity, strategic consulting and business management, combined with a qualified network of entrepreneurs, managers and investors, enables Innova to identify and develop selected opportunities, often outside traditional competitive processes.
