Marco Costaguta is Chairman of Innova Investments and Chairman of OC&C Strategy Consulting Italy. He serves on the Boards of Directors of S. Quirico, Goglio, Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals, Rimorchiatori Riuniti, Silvateam and Messaggerie Italiane, and is a member of the Investment Committee of Fondo Strategico Italiano.

He was a promoter of SPAC Innova Italy 1 S.p.A., which later combined with Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals S.p.A.

Formerly a Director at Bain & Company, where he was also a member of the Worldwide Board of Directors, he led strategy, operations and organisation projects in Italy and across Europe.

Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations projects for Italian and multinational companies. He began his career at Hewlett Packard Company in Andover, United States, as manufacturing process manager for biomedical instrumentation.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
