He is currently a Partner of Innova Investments, Director Emeritus of McKinsey&Company, board member of Angelini, Coesia, SAES Getters, and Retex, and a member of the Investment Committee of F2i Fund III.

From 2016 to 2018, he was board member of the spac Innova Italy 1 S.p.A. that successfully completed the IPO of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M.

He joined McKinsey&Company in 1987, becoming Principal in 1992 and Director in 1998, where he served clients in the industrial, telecom, steel and energy sectors both in Italy and abroad (France, Turkey, Greece and Germany).

He began his career in 1981 at Zanussi Group and then moved to Accenture from 1982 to 1987 as Logistics Service Line Manager.

He holds a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and has worked as a researcher at the Milan Polytechnic.
