He is currently chairman of Innova Investments and OC&C Strategy Consulting Italy, member of the board of De Agostini, S.Quirico, Goglio, Artsana, Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals, Miroglio, Rimorchiatori Riuniti and Messaggerie Italiane, and a member of the investment committee of the Italian Strategic Fund.

He served on the boards of ERG, Antares Vision and Only The Brave.

From 2016 to 2018 he was promoter of the spac Innova Italy 1 S.p.A that successfully completed the IPO of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M.

From 1989 to 2012, he joined Bain&Company as a Director, where he led strategy, operations and organization projects in the Italian, English and European areas in the following sectors: consumer goods, process industries, information technology, publishing, private equity. From 1997 to 2000 he was a member of the global board of directors at Bain&Company.

From 1985 to 1988 he was Engagement Manager at McKinsey&Company in Milan, working on strategy and operations projects for Italian and multinational companies.

He began his career in 1984 at Hewlett Packard Company in Andover (USA) as a biomedical instrumentation manufacturing process manager.

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.
