He is currently chief executive officer of Innova Investments and board member of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A.

From 2021 to 2023 he was ceo of Innova Club1 S.p.A. and chairman of Burke & Burke S.p.A.

From 2016 to 2018, he was the promoter and CEO of the spac Innova Italy 1 S.p.A. that successfully completed the IPO of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M.

In 2013, he founded Augent Partners, an advisory firm in the private equity sector of which he is currently a director.

Since 2009, after industrial equity investment management experience at a leading Italian family office, he has been Director at the Swiss private equity fund Capital Dynamics.

In 2007 he joined Hewlett Packard Company in the European team managing the Finance Business Process Outsourcing Services Division and, in this position, among others, he coordinated international projects at Nestlé and Procter & Gamble.

Between 1998 and 2006 he worked as Engagement Manager and Principal at several international management consulting firms (Andersen Consulting Strategy and Strategy&Co) following projects in Europe and the United States in operational improvement, reorganization and corporate performance management.

In 1996, after doing his military service in the Army Air Force, he joined the RADICI Group, at its investee Eutron S.p.A. becoming first operations manager and later assisting the CEO.

He began his career in 1994 in the Planning and Control Office of Asea Brown Boveri.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from MIP Graduate School of Management.
