We seek companies with a defendable competitive positioning in the long term, possibly due to their presence in sectors and markets with entry barriers related to i) technology, ii) product/process know-how, iii) quality, iv) distribution.

We target companies with good growth potential, either organic or through external lines, in the Italian and international markets.
