Paolo Ferrario combines industrial experience, operational consulting and private equity, with a focus on structuring and managing investments in Italian SMEs.

He is Chief Executive Officer of Innova Investments S.r.l., Board Member of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. and Chairman of ILC Lubrication Systems. Throughout his career, he has developed broad experience in the management of industrial companies, operational improvement and the value creation of portfolio companies.

He was Senior Director at Xenon Private Equity, Director at Capital Dynamics and promoter of SPAC Innova Italy 1 S.p.A., which successfully completed its business combination with Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A.

Previously, after an experience managing industrial participations at a leading Italian family office, he worked at Hewlett Packard Company, where he led the Finance BPO Services division for Europe, coordinating international projects for multinational groups such as Nestlé and Procter & Gamble.

He also gained significant experience in international management consulting, working on operational improvement, reorganisation and corporate performance management projects in Europe and the United States. His managerial background also includes operational roles in industrial companies such as RadiciGroup and Asea Brown Boveri.

He graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and obtained, with honours, a Master’s degree in Innovation and Business Administration from POLIMI Graduate School of Management
